Out of 202, a handful aren’t five stars — and I leave every one of them up with my reply underneath. The short version: the one day in eight years I missed a ride, I refunded it in full. The driver who phoned it in doesn’t work here anymore. Read them yourself — I’d rather you see how I handle a bad night than only show you the good ones.
