Quick rule: plan on about 3 drinks per person for a 2 hour 15 minute ride — a little extra beats running dry. Punch in your group and we'll do the math (drinks + ice), then you just load the cooler and roll.
A 2h15 ride is long enough to enjoy but short enough that you don't need a whole case each. We use ~3 drinks per person for a standard crew — about 1.5 for a chill daytime ride, 4.5 for a full send. One 20-lb bag of ice keeps roughly 30 cans cold, so a big group usually needs two.
On the bike it's cans or plastic only — no glass, no hard liquor (that's the law for an open-container ride). Beer, seltzers, canned cocktails, and wine in plastic all work great and travel well in the cooler. Bring a mix so everyone's happy.
| You bring | We provide |
|---|---|
| Your drinks (cans/plastic) + ice | The onboard cooler |
| Your playlist & any decorations | The sound system + the driver |
| Valid IDs (18+ to ride, 21+ to drink) | The whole route — no pedaling |
Got your number? Lock in the date and you're set — weekends book 2–3 weeks out.
